Data and purposes
We receive your name, phone or email, city, service, calculation answers, notes and optional files to assess the project and reply. We do not request identity documents or banking data. Repeated-submission protection uses a technical identifier derived from the connection.
Saved calculations
When a calculation is completed, its parameters and result are saved with a ONE-ID in one360’s CRM. Your name and phone are added when you provide them. WhatsApp sends the message only when you tap Send in the app.
Legal basis and retention

Recipients, processors and transfers

Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and portability where applicable. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Use the contact form and state the right you wish to exercise. Proportionate identity verification may be needed. You may complain to the AEPD.
External channels and cookies
WhatsApp is optional and has its own privacy policy. The public site code does not include analytics or advertising. If non-essential cookies are added, they must be documented with the appropriate consent mechanism before activation. Calculations are indicative and reviewed before a proposal.
Maps, location and solar generation
Google Maps lets you choose locations worldwide. It loads in your browser only after you start a map or location action. Google then receives the requested map areas and your browser’s IP address; its own privacy policy and terms apply.
Spain address search sends the address you submit to CartoCiudad (IGN) through one360’s server to find matching locations. This is separate from Google’s map display.
Device location is optional. We request it only when you press the location button and your browser grants permission. This tool does not automatically locate you or track you in the background.
For roof layout in Spain, one360’s server requests licensed IGN/PNOA aerial imagery using the selected coordinates and map extent.
When you press Calculate, one360’s server requests generation data from PVGIS (European Commission Joint Research Centre), sending coordinates, orientation, tilt and reference photovoltaic system parameters. These requests do not include your name, phone, email or full contact record.
Searches, roof outlines and results are temporary application state and do not by themselves create a sales enquiry. Technical infrastructure and providers may keep request logs; this section does not set their retention periods.
