Request a proposal
Your answers are included with the request. Attach plans or photos to help us prepare a proposal.
Smart Home
Automation focused on climate, energy and water. We define useful functions with you and verify compatibility before choosing a platform.
Climate
Heating, heat pumps, underfloor heating, fan coils, cooling and ventilation: temperatures, schedules and zones.
Energy
Solar and battery monitoring, EV charging and load coordination through available interfaces.
Water & Safety
Leak detection, water control and pumps as functions assessed for the project.
Comfort
Lighting, blinds, gates and night, away or holiday scenes, depending on the installation.
Remote control
Compatible app, schedules and notifications. We agree what continues working without internet.

Start with the functions you need
Before choosing a platform, write down what you want to happen at home: adjust temperatures to a schedule, warn of a leak, coordinate loads or activate an away scene. For each function, define its trigger, the equipment involved and how it is controlled manually.
A new build can allow space and wiring from the design stage. In a finished home, the proposal should start with existing devices and routes. An initial phase can focus on specific functions, with provision for extensions whose compatibility has been checked.
Compatibility, local control and remote access
A Wi-Fi connection alone does not establish that two devices can work together. Identify each device's brand, model, interface and the functions supported by its integration. Some communication is local; other communication depends on cloud services.
Define what must keep working without internet and which manual controls must remain available. Access from outside the home is considered separately from local operation, along with the accounts, permissions and maintenance the solution requires. Choose the platform after checking these needs.
What determines a home-automation budget
The scope may include a controller, sensors, actuators, interfaces, power supplies, networking and electrical-panel components. Design, installation, configuration, testing and user guidance also take work. The exact list depends on the agreed functions.
The number of zones, existing equipment, routes, scene complexity and additional services affect cost. The initial request therefore helps prepare a proposal; selecting functions does not create a fixed tariff. Before accepting, check what will be integrated and what needs a later phase.
Questions for a connected-home project
Can I integrate my existing equipment?
Share the exact model references and what you want to control. Compatibility is checked by model and function, not brand alone.
Will it still work if the internet fails?
That depends on each device and its integration. Document which functions are local, which need the cloud and what manual alternative is available.
How is handover checked?
Against an agreed list of functions and tests: scenes, alerts, manual controls and behaviour when connectivity is lost, where applicable. Keep configuration documentation and the maintenance procedure.
