What was announced

Zunder announced a new operational charging station at Buniel, in Burgos province, on 8 October 2026. It sits beside the A-62 on the corridor towards Portugal via Palencia, Valladolid and Salamanca.

The site is at Hotel Área Serrano, kilometre 14, accessible from both directions through exit 14. It has four CCS connectors rated up to 340 kW and a canopy. The location offers a restaurant, café, shop and toilets.

According to the operator, each charger has a bank-card payment terminal. Zunder also advertises Plug&Charge; check the conditions and required setup before relying on it.

Before travelling, check the location, operating status and current tariff in the operator’s app or map. The advertised 340 kW is a maximum, not a guaranteed rate for every car. The illustrative photo shows a CCS connector photographed in 2021, not the Buniel station.
