Electric Scenic: up to 642 km WLTP and improved charging
The 89 kWh NMC version offers up to 642 km WLTP and 150 kW DC charging. Renault specifies 15–80% in 28 minutes under its test conditions; real results can vary.
What was announced
On 2 October, Renault presented updates to the Scenic E-Tech electric for Spain. The version with an 89 kWh NMC battery advertises up to 642 km of WLTP range and 150 kW direct-current fast charging.
Renault quotes a 15–80% charge in 28 minutes under its test conditions. Battery temperature, the station's delivered power and vehicle use affect the actual result. The WLTP figure is also not a guaranteed motorway driving distance.
For home charging, the 150 kW DC rating is not the electrical capacity a house needs to contract. Check the alternating-current charging supported by the chosen version, the available supply and appropriate load management before choosing a domestic charger.
