Andalusia corrects its heat-pump hot-water cost module and publishes INEA 1 forms
The 16 October BOJA corrects the domestic-hot-water module to euros per litre, rather than per kW. Forms are approved, while applications remain scheduled to start on 22 October.

What was announced
On 16 October 2026, BOJA published the Andalusian Energy Agency’s resolution dated 15 October. It approves forms for Programme 1 covering the residential sector and public buildings, and corrects the call published on 25 September. This amends that existing call; it does not create a new grant scheme.
In Annex V, section 1.3.b, the heat-pump domestic-hot-water module is corrected from €/kW to €/litre. The numbers remain unchanged: €21.36/l below 200 litres, €11.04/l at exactly 200 litres and €10.09/l above 200 litres. Space-conditioning modules continue to use €/kW.
The resolution approves application, supporting-document and objection forms, plus applicant representation. Filing is electronic; the document links to procedure 25735 in the Junta’s catalogue. Applicants should prepare their files using these forms and the corrected table.
The application window still starts on 22 October 2026 at 09:00 mainland Spanish time. It is not yet open on 16 October. The call sets 30 September 2027 as the end date unless closure is declared earlier, and acceptance depends on available funding.
The call requires a minimum requested incentive of €6,000 for category 1.3 and €10,000 for subcategories 1.1.2 and 1.2.1. These are minimum aid amounts, not minimum project prices. The module calculates costs under programme rules; it is neither the equipment price nor the final grant, and this correction does not make every water heater eligible.
What it means for your home
The corrected unit prevents using heat-pump power in kW where the hot-water module requires litres. Check the project category, minimum incentive, paperwork and funding before estimating aid.
